These images were my original choices for my first front cover and contents mage. I liked the idea of my magazine being themed at least for the front cover as it would give me the ability to use limited colours such as white, black or the colours specifically on the image to create a more formal yet bold cover and contents page. I opted for the first orange picture as the pose looked peaceful and laid back which is similar to the effect i wish for my magazine to have. The colours were bold throughout and did not clash meaning the fonts on the page could be kept minimalistic.
For the red image, I liked the plain background which would make it easier for me to place font
over. The large amount of space would mean I would have more space to work with when it came
to font size.
When creating my final piece, I didn't create a plan as i already had my images so instead used them without making major changes that needed to be documented
